Policies
Missed lessons
Lessons are considered missed if we are not given a minimum of 24 hours notice that you will not be attending. You will be charged full price for the lesson and will not be eligible for a make-up lesson.
Cancelled lessons
A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given in writing (email, text or letter) that you will not be attending the lesson in order to be eligible for a make-up lesson.
Make-up lessons
Make-up lessons are subject to availability, and are booked into already scheduled classes of a similiar level. Make-up lessons must be used within 30 days of cancelled lesson.
Late for lessons
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be permitted to ride. You are more than welcome to stay and audit the class. No make-up lesson will be provided.
Arrival & pick up times
Drop off and pick up is no more than 10 minutes before and after the lesson, unless a previous arrangement has been made with the coach.
Appropriate clothing/gear
The coach has the right to not permit student in the lesson, should they show up without the appropriate riding gear/safety equipment.
Riding semester
Students can start anytime during the riding school year but must remaining in the program through to the end of June. We run a seperate riding semester in the summer from July to August.
Payment
All post dated cheques are due on the students first lesson of the riding school year.
Refunds
No refunds are given.
